HP Catalyst Thought Leader Series: Driving Development of STEM Education Across Europe

Dates:
9 November 2011 - 9:00am - 10:00am

Join us for this free live webinar Wednesday, November 9, 7 am Pacific / 9 am Central, featuring Alexa Joyce of European SchoolNet.

There are 27 country members of the European Union and a few more candidate and linked countries. Organizing collaboration between the countries must present challenges of language and culture, as well as structure and approach. As development manager at European SchoolNET, Alexa works with representatives of Europe's countries and her work in STEM education puts her in a position of insight where she has learned how to work with, not only the different languages and cultures, but also the range of approaches to STEM education that are used. In this session, Alexa will reflect on that range of approaches, the opportunities for collaboration and how to navigate your way through them.
